It can be easy to forget to check your site for outdated material, but it's a very important part of ensuring that your site is user-friendly. We dedicated another Bite to checking some things on your site such as copyright dates to make sure they're updated with every new year. The start of a new year is a great excuse to look over your site for outdated material. 

Comb through your site for the smallest things, including copyright dates or personnel changes. Giving your site a year-end look over to make sure everything is in order, such as making sure your contact forms are all working and show the correct information. Consider these things as a site "battery check" that you perform at certain times of the year, just as we've all gotten into the habit of checking the batteries in our smoke detectors throughout the year.
