Become a 'Google Trusted Store'
By earning a Google Trusted Store badge, you show customers that you are recognized as a trustworthy merchant. Sites qualify by meeting program performance standards, including fast and reliable shipping, and excellent customer support.
Google will evaluate your shipping and customer service for 28 days. Once they determine that your company performs to their standards, you will get a "Google Trusted Stores" badge for your website. By hovering over the badge, anyone can view a report cart showing performance data on your company's shipping time and customer satisfaction.
By participating in this program, you are required to follow Google's policies listed in their Program Guidelines. Google also monitors many aspects of your performance, as well as sets minimum performance standards to ensure that their badge holders continue to provide great service. Businesses that fail to follow the policies or meet the standards may not be allowed to participate in this program (which assures potential customers that businesses displaying the badge are going out of their way to provide exceptional service).
Fill out an application to apply with Google for a badge of your own. By becoming a Google Trusted Store, you can help potential shoppers feel confident in purchasing from your business, and increase your sales as a result. The badge can enhance your brand as a reputable business who takes care of their customers.
