Offering incentives after the holidays is a great way to engage with your newly acquired customers and turn them into repeat customers.
Consider offering a free gift with online purchases. This doubles as both a great way to offload any excess inventory of small-ticket items, and also makes customers feel like they're getting a great deal. Add some text to your website letting customers know how to be eligible for a free gift, something like "Earn a free widget with every purchase over $50!" When an eligible order comes in, simply ship the free gift with the order and let your customers know that you appreciate their business.
