Invite Your Customers to Review Your Products

Customer reviews are powerful — they are your products’ real world success stories. This is why we recommend extending a clear invitation to your customers to review the products or services they have purchased from you.

One timely way to do this is to include a message along with your shipment or in a follow-up email. The message could be as brief and simple as this example:

“We hope you enjoy your new _____. If you like it as much as we do, please help us spread the word by submitting a review on our website, _____ Facebook page, _____ or by email at _____. We appreciate your support!”

It can be a good strategy to offer your customers multiple options for submitting a review -- one option might be more comfortable and convenient for them than another.

Engaging with customers after they order is an important skill you will want to develop. Asking customers to send their feedback is a great way to stay connected with your current customers and provide a richer shopping experience for new customers.
