Remember that Twitter updates must be short...only 140 characters. If you're already in the habit of posting to Twitter, you can post those updates directly to Facebook using the Twitter application (by Twitter). Just install the application and then click to allow Twitter to update your Facebook status.
You can also choose to update Facebook only with certain Twitter posts. The Selective Twitter Status application will only update your wall with tweets that include the #fb hashtag.
